Delta is a responsible finance lender and broker. We believe in and adhere to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) commitment to be accountable for all areas of our business activities. We endeavour to comply with the FCA’s principles across our business activities; from the marketing of our services in literature – right through to the final instalment made on an agreement.

Delta are selective in whom we deal with. All suppliers must also be compliant with the FCA and every end user is thoroughly checked. Comprehensive steps are taken to make sure customers are financially viable and have the requisite intention to fulfil their obligations before we can offer or enter in to a financial agreement.

Delta will always offer transparent advice tailored to the customer’s needs. Delta are ethical lenders and will NOT recommend financial services to anyone whom we doubt or believe will not have the affordability means over a period of time to comply with a finance facility. Similarly, Delta will not offer finance to a credit worthy customer wishing to fund equipment we deem unworthy or not fit for purpose.

You can be assured Delta only wish to provide our customers with exceptional levels of advice and service. Delta will always strive to deliver exactly what is expected and what has been promised to customers.

Delta will never take advantage of a customer. On communication and clarity Delta will always use easy to understand “plain English” in our policies and documents.
