Hire Purchase (Finance Packages)

Asset finance is a flexible, easy way of obtaining new equipment, vehicles or other fixed assets without the need to make a large outright purchase, raise finance on existing assets or provide additional security as a traditional bank would require.

It also provides significant cash flow benefits and is by far the most tax efficient way of making a business purchase.

A straightforward repayment facility whereby the asset is bought by Delta on the client’s behalf and is owned by Delta until all payments have been made including an option to purchase fee along with any balloon payment. If the asset is used for business purposes and the client is a VAT registered business, the VAT can be reclaimed upfront at the start of the agreement.
